The International Campaign for Releasing the Abducted MPs denounces the flagrant assault on the released MP, Hatem Qefisha. The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) broke into his house and the house of his brother and tampered in their contents.

The International Campaign condemns the policy followed by the IOF against the Palestinian MPs starting with abducting, threatening them of arrest, renewing administrative detention and ending with breaking into their houses and terrorizing their children

In the same context, the international Campaign calls upon the international community to bear its responsibility and criminalizing the Israeli crimes against the Palestinian MPs and their immunity adopted by all the international laws and conventions.

It is worth mentioning that the MP, Hatem Qefisha, was released from the Israeli jails in the 1st of November, 2009 after he had spent renewal administrative detention since the 3rd of November, 2007.
