Ryad Mahmoud Sae’ed Radad

Birth Place: Sayda town / Tulkarem District

He got a bachelor degree in Sharea (Fiqh, Jurisprudence, and Legislation) at the University of Jordan.

He was the chairman of the students’ Society at the University of Jordan in 1983

He was a teacher at Education Department previously.

He was dismissed because of security reasons from Education Department by IOF in 1983 to 1994.

He was a previous Imam and orator for Othman Bein Afan mosque

He was imprisoned in the Israeli jails for 4 years from 1994 to 1998 and he was accused of being responsible in Hamas movement

He won in the PLC elections on January25, 2006 in Tulkarem city

He was abducted by IOF on June29, 2006

The decision of administrative detention has been renewed against him.

 and he was released on 2nd of September,2009 after he had spent 40 months
