The International Campaign/Special

The International Campaign for Releasing the Abducted MPs calls the head of the International Committee of the Red Cross, Mr. Jakob Kellenberger for protecting the MPs who are in tend sit-in in the yard of the ICRC.

The campaign denounces the Israeli oppressive attack against the tend sit-in ignoring the immunity of such international institution. 

The international campaign asked the ICRC to send the messege to the countries signed on the Fourth Geneva Convention which stated in its (article 49) that “Individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory to the territory of the Occupying Power or to that of any other country, occupied or not, are prohibited, regardless of their motive” .

It calls the ICRC to hold its responsibilities towards this issue to ban the deportation crime and to press on the Israeli occupation to stop the illegal abduction
